AI-powered, physician-led lifestyle medicine for metabolic health and longevity
AI-powered, physician-led lifestyle medicine for metabolic health and longevity.
Longitude is a precision lifestyle medicine program that uses advanced artificial intelligence to deeply analyze your medical history and translate that insight into personalized nutrition and fitness recommendations.
Rather than starting with generic plans, Longitude begins by understanding you—your diagnoses, medications, risk factors, goals, and preferences. This allows lifestyle guidance to be tailored with clinical accuracy from day one, supported by physician oversight and intelligent digital tools.
Longitude focuses on improving metabolic health, aerobic capacity (VO₂ max), and long-term function, using nutrition and movement as the foundation for better healthspan.

Longitude combines four core elements:
Your existing medical records are analyzed using advanced AI to identify relevant conditions, medications, and clinical considerations that inform safe, personalized recommendations.
Nutrition plans are tailored to your goals and preferences using evidence-based approaches such as caloric restriction or intermittent fasting.
Exercise programs are designed to improve aerobic capacity, metabolic efficiency, and functional strength—adapted to your fitness level and physical considerations.
All recommendations operate within a physician-supervised framework to ensure appropriateness and safety as goals evolve.
Longitude is offered in progressive tiers. Each tier builds on the same clinical foundation, adding structure, insight, and support as desired.

Each Longitude Pathway is a recommended combination of a specific Tier plus targeted add-on services from the existing menu. The Tier provides the core structure and support, while the add-ons are selected to directly support a preferred goal. Pathways do not change the program or create new products—they simply highlight common Tier-plus-add-on combinations to help patients start in the right place.
These Pathways are designed to guide choice by aligning common goals with our offerings.
Recommended for individuals whose primary goal is weight loss, BMI reduction, or improved body composition. This pathway consists of Longitude Tier 0 paired with GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy (for example, Ozempic or Wegovy). We actively lean into insurance to obtain coverage for baseline laboratory testing and the medication, including managing prior authorization on your behalf. If coverage is denied, out-of-pocket options are available so care can continue without interruption.
Recommended for individuals focused on improving athletic capacity, endurance, or overall physical performance. This pathway consists of Longitude Tier 2, paired with creatine supplementation, IV rehydration, and PRP injections as needed, supporting training capacity, recovery, and musculoskeletal resilience.
Recommended for individuals preparing for or recovering from joint replacement surgery. This pathway consists of Longitude Tier 1 or Tier 2, paired with GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy, and hormone replacement therapy when clinically indicated, to support weight optimization, muscle strength, recovery, and surgical readiness.
Begin with a personalized foundation.
Add guidance, precision, or depth as your goals evolve.
Longitude is lifestyle medicine—done intelligently.
Our practice is committed to providing treatments that meet established clinical standards and federal safety guidelines. At this time, we do not prescribe or administer substances that are not FDA-approved or those that have been placed on the FDA’s Category 2 Bulk Drug Substances list due to significant safety concerns, such as BPC-157. Furthermore, in accordance with recent geroscience reviews, we do not provide pharmacological 'caloric restriction mimetics' (CR-mimetics) used off-label for longevity—including Rapamycin, Spermidine, Berberine, and Resveratrol—as their long-term safety and efficacy in healthy populations remain incompletely defined. To maintain the highest standard of patient safety and to avoid the legal risks associated with 'negligent referral'—which can occur when a physician directs a patient toward treatments flagged by regulators or lacking robust human clinical outcomes—it is our policy not to provide professional referrals to outside providers for the specific purpose of obtaining these substances. We respect our patients' autonomy to seek alternative or naturopathic therapies independently; however, we cannot endorse or coordinate such treatments. For further questions regarding the use of these substances in a naturopathic context, reach out to us.
The foundation of good health is nutrition and exercise. Decades of research show that eating a balanced diet and staying physically active are the most effective ways to prevent chronic diseases, improve energy, support healthy aging, and boost overall well-being. [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Healthy eating—such as a Mediterranean or plant-based diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats—combined with regular physical activity, has been proven to lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and even some cancers. Exercise also helps maintain muscle, bone, and brain health as we age. [3][5][6][7]
Biomarker platforms that measure over 100 markers (like inflammation, metabolism, hormones, and oxidative stress) and use continuous glucose monitoring can provide detailed health information. However, there is little evidence that broad biomarker testing in healthy people leads to better health or longer life. For most, focusing on proven lifestyle changes is more effective than frequent or extensive lab testing. [1][2][3]
Hormone optimization with bioidentical hormone therapy is sometimes used for specific medical conditions, such as menopausal symptoms. FDA-approved bioidentical hormones (like estradiol and progesterone) are safe and effective for these uses. However, using compounded or non-standard hormone therapies for general health or anti-aging is not supported by strong evidence and may carry risks. Most people do not benefit from hormone therapy unless they have a diagnosed hormone deficiency. [7]
Peptide therapies (such as BPC-157, Thymosin Beta-4, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, MOTS-C, and Epitalon) are being studied for healing and anti-aging. While some animal studies show promise, there is not enough research in humans to know if these treatments are safe or effective. These therapies are not approved for general use, and their long-term effects are unknown.
The best way to optimize health is through healthy eating and regular physical activity. These lifestyle choices have the strongest and most consistent evidence for improving health and preventing disease. Other interventions, like broad biomarker testing, hormone optimization, and peptide therapy, may sound appealing but are not proven to provide the same benefits and may carry risks. Focusing on nutrition and exercise remains the safest and most effective path to lifelong health. [1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
